Shipping Guide
Standard Delivery (Made-to-Order 3-4 Weeks):
Our standard secure delivery service is free of charge and has an estimated shipping time frame of 3-4 weeks. Please note that this time frame includes the production of your made-to-order ring, as well as the transit time for delivery. We understand that waiting can be difficult, but rest assured that our skilled craftsmen will meticulously create your ring with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once your ring is ready for shipment, we will notify you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
Order Updates and Tracking:
To track your order, please visit the "My Orders" page on our app. This page is designed to provide you with real-time updates on the status of your order. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the "My Orders" section, and you will find the latest information on your ring's production and shipping progress. From there, you can access the tracking number associated with your order and monitor its delivery status.

Shipping Rates
We offer many delivery/shipping options (Shipping Rates) for getting your order from us to you. We will always attempt to provide you with an estimated time frame for each of our delivery services in which you can expect to receive your order. These time frames are usually provided in days, and reflect business working days only.
Delivery times are for in-stock products only.
Our business working days Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times and delays
Items can and may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. As items are made and finished according to buyer preferences, we require up to 6 weeks from your order date to get the product to you. We will always aim to deliver your product(s) and get your order to you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for in order to be accepted.
Public holidays
We recognise that some of our third-party suppliers, manufacturers or service providers may either temporarily cease to operate due to a working holiday, or permanently cease to operate, or our partnership/use of services with such parties may be terminated without notice. This may cause significant or insignificant disruptions to The Little Jewel business as a whole, and as a result, may affect the services provided to you. In any case, The Little Jewel is not liable for any inconveniences caused by or affected by such situations
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.
