The delivery services and prices available for your address are shown before you pay. Any longer product lead time is named with the piece or service.

The useful bit first

  • Free UK Standard delivery on qualifying orders of £75 or more.
  • Ready-to-ship jewellery offers £5 Express delivery.
  • UK delivery is included for the ring-size tool.
  • The available delivery service and any charge are confirmed at checkout.
  • We send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details when the service provides them.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on qualifying orders of £75 or more. For orders below that value, the available service and charge are shown at checkout. Promotional delivery offers apply only when their conditions appear at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

The product page or delivery service identifies whether a piece is ready to ship or has a longer lead time. If an item needs sizing or is made to order, that stated lead time applies before dispatch. Any timing shown is an estimate rather than a guarantee; carrier delays, busy periods or an address query can occasionally add time.

International orders

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If that changes, checkout will be the source of truth for the destinations and services available.

Addresses, delays and damaged parcels

Please check the delivery address before paying and contact our small team as soon as possible if something is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. If a parcel is unusually delayed, arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
