OUR RETURN POLICY:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your order and you would like to return your product for whatever reason - you must create a request via email before sending your products back to us.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase - which you will be able to access easily through the 'My Orders' section of the app.
How to request a return
To start a return, please contact us at info@thelittlejewel.app and include your name, order number, and date of purchase in the email for us to locate your order. Once we have accepted your return and verified that it aligns with our returns and refunds policy found below, we will provide instructions on how and where to send back your items.
You can start a return through The Little Jewel app by going to your orders and tapping the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page. We will pre-populate a draft email containing the above mentioned details for your convenience. Please feel free to add any additional details that explain the issue to help us understand better how we may be able to assist you.
If items are sent to us without a return request being made, there may be delays in processing the return, and any associated shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility to cover.

Return shipping costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a postage service with insurance that covers the cost of the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit . Items sent back to us without prior authorisation for a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender address, if provided.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you about the status of your refund and whether it has been approved or not. If your return is approved, you can expect to be automatically refunded via your original payment method. It's important to note that the processing and posting of refunds can take several days, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made to order items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
For hygiene purposes, we must inform you that used earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. The health and safety of our customers are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, any earrings that have been worn or used will not be eligible for return.
