About Our Products
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Each piece in this limited collection is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver — never brass — and finished in a rich 14kt / 18kt gold vermeil. We produce in small batches using only natural gemstones, with a focus on quality over quantity. Fewer styles, finer materials — jewellery worth holding onto.
We do not use synthetic stones or cubic zirconia. Our goal is lasting beauty, honest materials, and pieces you’ll wear for years.
How should I care for my jewellery?
- Clean regularly: wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and residue.
- Avoid chemicals: keep away from chlorine, perfume, and household cleaners.
- Store carefully: keep pieces dry, cool, and out of direct sunlight; store separately to prevent scratches.
- Handle gemstones gently: hard knocks can chip stones or loosen settings.
For vermeil and silver pieces, a gentle silver-polish cloth helps maintain the original shine.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Place your order through The Little Jewel iOS app (available on the Apple App Store). Browse the collection, add items to your basket, and complete checkout by confirming your shipping details and payment method.
Do you have an Android app?
Not at this time — The Little Jewel app is currently available for iOS devices only.
What shipping options are available?
We offer free secure delivery on all orders with an estimated timeframe of 3–4 weeks. This includes both the handcrafting of your made-to-order piece and the transit time. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
For select ready-to-ship items (such as our Ring Size Measuring Tool), we offer free 3–4 day UK delivery and an optional premium express upgrade.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition (unworn/unused), with tags and original packaging included.
How can I initiate a return or exchange?
Email info@thelittlejewel.app with your name, order number, and purchase date. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item.
You can also start a return via the iOS app: open Orders → tap Contact Us. A draft email with your details will be pre-filled.
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed; any associated shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We generally don’t process direct exchanges. The quickest route is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you prefer.
